Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States. If you're outside the US and want to order, email pureprep22@gmail.com and we'll see what we can do.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email at purchase and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Delivery time

Standard delivery typically takes 6 – 12 business days after processing. Delivery windows can vary with carrier volume and season.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on all US orders — no minimum, no code.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, email pureprep22@gmail.com and we'll chase it down for you.

Lost or stuck packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll replace it or refund it in full. We've got you.
