Shipping policy

PurePrep ships to the United States and internationally to select countries. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. International shipping times vary by destination and may take 10-15  business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

PurePrep is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Straightupshop22@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
